Welcome to the BMF Indoor Flag Football League – Summer 2025, where we bring the heat inside. This is indoor football built for youth — fast-paced, skill-focused, and parent-approved. Open to boys and girls ages 5–12, our league is designed to help young athletes thrive in a fun, structured environment while staying out of the Arizona sun.
